• Encourage you to develop the skill of being aware of your experiences (good and bad, pleasant and unpleasant) from moment to moment - so that you can learn to respond more skillfully to situations rather than simply reacting automatically

• Kindness practices – better understanding of ourselves and others

• Exploring ways of viewing problems and challenges that have us feel better

 

• The benefits of yoga

• How best to nurture your body and skin

• Techniques to practice at home and at work
