Our ILM Accredited Coaching and Mentoring Qualification Courses

We offer a variety of coaching and mentoring courses accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The ILM is a professional membership and awarding body for managers and leaders, and its coaching and mentoring courses are designed to help individuals develop the skills needed to support and empower others.

Masters in Minds offers a range of coaching and mentoring courses at different levels, including:

  • ILM Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring: This course is designed for individuals who are new to coaching and mentoring. It covers the core coaching and mentoring skills, including effective communication, active listening, and goal-setting.
  • ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring: This course is designed for more experienced coaches and mentors who want to develop their skills further. It covers advanced coaching and mentoring techniques, including managing the coaching and mentoring relationship, providing feedback, and evaluating coaching and mentoring programs.
  • ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring: This course is designed for senior coaches and mentors who want to develop their leadership skills. It covers strategic coaching and mentoring, coaching and mentoring for change, and coaching and mentoring for innovation.

All of the Masters in Minds ILM Coaching and Mentoring courses are delivered through a blend of face-to-face workshops, online learning, and coaching practice.

Participants are assigned a personal coach who provides feedback and support throughout the program. The courses are designed to be highly interactive and practical, allowing participants to apply their learning in real-world coaching and mentoring situations. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an internationally recognised ILM Coaching and Mentoring qualification.

We offer these coaching qualifications for forward-thinking organisations as part of a coaching program.
