Lynn brings over 25-years of experience in the customer management arena – indeed before the terms ‘call centre’ and ‘inside sales’ came
into everyday usage!
Speaking a number of languages fluently, Lynn is PRINCE2 project management accredited, as well as a qualified coach. She is a highly motivated, effective and disciplined individual with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation, with a balanced focus on business results and people satisfaction.
With extensive experience in successful programme and change management, as well as inside sales leadership and coaching, Lynn has developed and led multiple initiatives on a global scale for large corporate companies such as Microsoft, SAP and Barclays.
Lynn’s career highlights include, delivering a coaching programme across multiple locations in the UK leading to 43% increase in coaching behaviours, up to 50% performance uplift in some centres and 7% increase in employee satisfaction, which led to offshore roll out. She also defined and managed the programme scope, structure and governance model for the roll out of a sales and marketing strategy implementation in Asia-Pacific and managed the implementation of the set up in China to time and budget, generating a €2-million revenue pipeline within first week of implementation. Her project management expertise saw her design and implement a sales performance improvement programme, which lead to a 14% uplift in conversion rates.
Lynn is extremely intelligent and great fun – a master linguist and she has done some amazing voluntary work for the VSO.
