Mark Brooks

Managing Partner

Mark is a senior level coach, facilitator, and lead trainer with over 30 years experience in business as a Director and Owner.

Mark’s approach helps organisational leaders see beyond just the surface of a situation and make whatever personal changes they need to make first, before trying to change the world. He likes to work with clients who genuinely believe that "people are our greatest asset”. Mark believes that whilst this is easy to say, and many people would profess to do this, making it mean something to the people who will judge you on it, is much harder to achieve.


Mark’s tailored approach focuses on positives and maximising strengths to achieve tangible outcomes. He facilitates learning rather than churning out prescriptive teaching, provides challenging supportive feedback on difficult issues, develops people’s ability to be responsive to change and complex situations and encourages genuine commitment to personal growth and team work.


During his career, Mark has led many culture change initiatives and leadership development programmes. Recent assignments have included coaching a FTSE 100 CEO and a Managing Director of an SME in the audio visual market. Facilitating 6 monthly strategy reviews for a senior team in the asset management sector, delivery of a worldwide leadership development programme for a global player in the oil industry and the design and delivery of a culture change programme to increase patient care for one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK. Some of Marks other clients have included; Schroder Plc, Transocean, Glaxo SmithKline, Moy Park Foods and Guys Hospital.


He plays a mean guitar and once won a Bob Dylan impression competition.
