Tessa is a trainer, facilitator, consultant
and coach with 15 years experience working in
many different organisations across
the Financial Services, Manufacturing,
Telecom and Food industries.
Tessa’s work spans across leadership, operations, sales, customer service and interim management. Passionate about making a difference to people lives, Tessa believes that everyone can be more satisfied and successful in business if they have the right mindset and approach. Her caring but challenging style encourages those she works with to explore their own limitations, take more responsibility for their results and experience higher levels of choice in their lives.
Starting her career selling general insurance, Tessa soon progressed into sales management before becoming a training consultant. She now designs and leads large programmes in culture change, leadership development and performance improvement working with Directors through to frontline staff to achieve the desired business result.
Working in the UK, Europe and America, Tessa’s current and past client’s include; Standard Life, Mitsubishi Electric Europe, Barclays Bank, Ulster Bank, BT Retail, Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, Remploy, Axa Sunlife, Tesco Life, Nationwide Building Society, Agfa-Gevaert, Chelsea Building Society and LV.
Tessa has been trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching.
