William Galton MsC
William has over
20-years of experience in customer management environments designing and implementing a wide range of measurable organisational change and improvement initiatives.
William’s expertise includes change management, training design and implementation (with evaluation and measurement) and programme management. He is skilled in supporting and facilitating change at all levels within an organisation for accelerated adoption and commitment. Adept in developing people’s core influencing competencies, such as communicating more powerfully and effectively, William enhances skill levels for in-house training and learning resources and teams so that they can be even more effective within their organisations.
William has designed, implemented, managed and delivered a variety of organisational and training initiatives, with evaluation mechanisms, both nationally and internationally (e.g. South Africa, Portugal, Bahrain). He has also held roles that focused on market research, account management, direct and telephone marketing, copywriting and coaching/team leading. His experience spans training and development consultancy for both new and existing ventures.
William holds an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey and a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle College.
William’s successful consulting approach will evaluate training needs, requirements and gaps; formulate relevant behavioural frameworks for organisations to ensure that their people are delivering to a high standard and consistently; catalysing people into entertaining and defining a wider range of options when it comes to managing and working with people to ensure high levels of productivity and creativity, and strengthening management competencies, especially with respect to coaching and development in relation to direct reports.
